- Implement action plan to achieve the sales targets.
- Introduce and convince benefits and advantages of the products to customers (detailing product knowledge).
- Compile and regularly update a database of hospitals / institutions, private practices, and pharmacies that have become customers and prospective customers in accordance with the criteria of the company.
- Gather information about doctors, prescribing patterns, and activities of competitors in the pharmacy / areas.
- Candidate must possess at least a SMA/SMK, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
