Customer Support and Training (On Site)
Responsibilities
  • Provide training and gather feedback from customer
  • Perform basic setup and program installation on customer's site
  • Perform first check on software related issues and feedback the problem to programmer

Requirements
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to customer's site within Jakarta or other city
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMA, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cengkareng.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
