Customer Support and Training (On Site)
- Provide training and gather feedback from customer
- Perform basic setup and program installation on customer's site
- Perform first check on software related issues and feedback the problem to programmer
- Candidate must be willing to travel to customer's site within Jakarta or other city
- Candidate must possess at least a SMA, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cengkareng.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
