  • Female with Good Appearance
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • Minimum Education “Senior High School”
  • Preferable having minimum 1 years experiences in the same position
  • Have a good attitude, honest, having integrity
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Have a good communication in English (written & spoken) “MUST”.

Job description:
  • Receive, direct and relay fax messagesAssist in the planning and preparation of meetings
  • Answer all incoming and outgoing calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  • Greet, assist and /or direct staffs, visitors
  • Assist the staff as requested, like preparation for business trip (Ex: Booking Flight, hotel, etc)
