Customer Service Executive
Wisma Slipi, Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Price Maintainance
  • Order Management(Including sample) from customer inquiry to order fulfillment till sales recognition(Billing)
  • Act as buyer to import FG from Allied companies including purchasing, shipment tracking
  • Rolling Forecast to allied companies
  • Cutomer Complaint handling
  • Operation KPI tracking
  • Customer support on inquiry & documents etc.
  • Office Admin job

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences, preferably with customer service, purchasing, supply chain and operations management
  • A graduate in business management related
  • Must possessgood analytical and presentation skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills to plan and organize own and others’ work and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills tocommunicate with team member and deal with conflict effectively
  • Must be good at team work
  • Must possess using ERP system
  • Must possess good skills using MS-Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Understand financials and total cost of ownership concepts
