Customer Service Officer

Requirements:
  • Minimal 1 year call handling or relevant work experience
  • Customer Service Oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers ( verbal & written).
  • Having good analytical problem solving skills
  • Follow up and monitoring the customer’s issues until resolved.
  • Update any progress in Log Book.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written
  • Strongly demonstrated Internet navigation skills
  • Having pleasant personality with smiling voice would be considerable
  • Customer focus and quick response.
  • Maximum 26 Years Old

Customer Support
Jakarta
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers ( verbal & written ).
  • Having good analytical problem solving skills.
