Customer Service Officer
Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Learn about the flow and products offered by web sribu.com.
  • Aid Social media person to manage the social media (Facebook/twitter) for Sribu.com (refer to daily E-channel activity).
  • Manage the web and forum of Sribu.com.
  • Answer customer call through hotline.
  • Reply customer inquiries through email.
  • Follow up with clients for telemarketing service.
  • Check on customer Payment.

Requirements:
  • Female; Max. 27 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English Languageis a must.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Be proficient and active in using Microsoft Office and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter and Blog)
  • Strong work ethic, commitment and punctuality are essential.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
